Availability:
With three food trucks in our fleet, we can usually offer you any day of the week, year round!
Typically Lunch is served between the hours of 11am - 3pm and Dinner between 5pm - 9pm, however we are flexible to meet any special requests.
There is a 50 person pricing minimum for weekend service and late night parties can be arranged.

An additional surcharge is applicable for locations that fall beyond a 20 mile radius from our kitchen in Alexandria, VA.

We like to party.
How can we gather safely?
In response to the global COVID-10 pandemic, Peruvian Brothers is taking increased precaution in our cleanliness and diligently adhering to all guidelines set forth by the CDC and local state and city health officials. Our commercial catering kitchen and food trucks are routinely deep cleaned to ensure maximum cleanliness.

All Peruvian Brothers staff is equipped with face masks and gloves for the entirety of service in every location where food is handled.

Peruvian Brothers will provide signage and markers to help guests maintain social distance during service.

Peruvian Brothers food items will be packaged individually.

Hand sanitizer will be available to all guests.
I want to rent the truck! What's next?
We require a $500 deposit to hold a date. Deposits are accepted on a strictly first come, first served basis.
If for any reason you need to cancel your party, we require 2 weeks notice of cancellation. Any cancellation after this period will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Gratuity
We do not require, nor expect a gratuity. You should not feel compelled to tip. However, many customers want to give our staff something and ask for guidelines. A tip of 5% to 10% is always appreciated by the staff for a job well done.

We require a $500 deposit to hold a date. No party is considered "booked" until the deposit is received and accepted. Deposits are strictly first come, first served.
Payment is due at the time of the party. We accept cash, check and major credit cards.
